Who we are

Oriol, Mateu and Eduard met almost 20 years ago in the internationally renowned elBulli restaurant's kitchen.

In 2012, they decided to associate themselves with and make a thought that had been around for a long time by the mind: to have their own restaurant. Thus, in April 2012, the Compartir restaurant was born. Located in the heart of the Mediterranean, in an idyllic setting, full of magic and charm, such as Cadaqués and the Costa Brava, the restaurant bases its gastronomic offer on dishes to be shared at the center of the table as a result of a modern kitchen sprinkled with traditional elaborations.

With the consolidation of Compartir Cadaqués, in December 2014 they open a second restaurant in Barcelona, Disfrutar. The culinary line of this establishment clearly stands out for the avant-garde in a tasting menu format. Disfrutar is a restaurant designed so that the customer can enjoy the most creative cuisine. The tasting menus are looking for the client to feel relaxed, happy and enjoy creative avatari cuisine with strong Mediterranean roots.
