Restaurant

The Compartir restaurant was born in April 2012 by Mateu Casañas, Oriol Castro and Eduard Xatruch. As its name indicates, the gastronomic offer is presented in plates to share in the center of the table. In this way, the concept of “pica-pica” is transformed and taken a step forward, while creating a surprising and uninhibited atmosphere among customers. The menu offers dishes with a markedly modern style and also more traditional proposals, such as rice dishes.

The restaurant is located in the historic center of Cadaqués and is located in an emblematic renovated building from the beginning of the 18th century. One of the main attractions is the large outdoor patio that welcomes the visitor and is a clear example of the identity of this unique corner of the Costa Brava and Cap de Creus.

The sum of the gastronomic proposal, the establishment and the treatment given to the client, served in an informal and relaxed environment, serve to transmit to those who visit us our philosophy, characterized by seeking maximum client satisfaction in every sense.

Currently, Compartir is recognized by the main gastronomic guides: it has Two Soles in the Repsol Guide and is recommended in the Michelin Guide.

In December 2014, Casañas, Castro and Xatruch's second project was born: the Disfrutar restaurant in Barcelona, ​​with a different proposal to Compartir, clearly avant-garde and in tasting menu format.
