Who we are

Oriol, Mateu and Eduard have known each other for almost 20 years in the kitchen of the internationally renowned restaurant elBulli.

In 2012 they decided to join forces and make a dream that had been on their minds for some time come true: to have their own restaurant. Thus, in April 2012, the restaurant Compartir was born. Located in the heart of the Mediterranean, in an idyllic setting, full of magic and charm, such as Cadaqués and the Costa Brava, the restaurant bases its gastronomic offer on dishes to share in the centre of the table, the result of modern cuisine sprinkled with traditional preparations.

But the concept of sharing goes beyond putting a plate on the table. Oriol, Eduard and Mateu, together with Marc Llach, head chef, work to ensure that the entire team understands the full meaning of the verb: to experience experiences, moments, conversations, memories and sensations; but also to work as a team, to strive daily and to enjoy the way they understand cooking and how they know how to transmit it so well.
