We did not go far, geographically speaking, from where we spent more than fifteen years of our professional life: elBulli. In Cadaqués, we gave life to Compartir, a project with its own philosophy. This book helps us to take stock of the first five years, and to explain where we come from, where we are and what we carry out in Compartir, together with our team. In short, in this book we show a selection of the recipes we have cooked during this time and with which we want to convey our style and our way of understanding the cuisine.
